Project #01

Biman Biogas plant

A large scale biogas plant, founded by nine farmers in 2019, accepts 160t of dairy cow manure and generates power of  12,000kWh per day. Digestate is processed to produce liquor and a fibrous material. Liquor is used as a liquid fertilizer and a fibrous material is used for healthy cow bed. FlowBI system allows plant staffs to monitor and analyze total working condition every hour, which leads to robust and reliable operation.
